La Combe de la Dame is 2 km from Cénac-et-Saint-Julien, 4 km from Domme, 5 km from La Roque-Gageac and 10 km from Sarlat. The châteaux of Beynac, Castelnaud and Les Milandes, as well as the Marqueyssac gardens, can all be explored within a 10 km radius.
The 2-hectare property blends woodland, meadow and walnut grove, reached via a private dead-end lane with no immediate neighbours. A rare setting, peaceful and secluded, in the “golden triangle” of the Dordogne Valley.

Around 155 m² across three levels, fully renovated in 2023: welcoming living spaces, bright bedrooms, and shower rooms on each floor for everyone’s comfort.

The main house and guest house can accommodate up to 8 people, ideal for family holidays or time with friends, with enough space to gather together and to retreat.
Living spaces and bedrooms
Level -1: two bedrooms, a shower room, separate toilet. An external access leads to the utility room with washing machine, boiler room and water softener.
Level 0: living room, dining room, brand-new fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom and a shower room with toilet. The living room is furnished for 8 people, with a stone fireplace.
Level 1: landing with storage, large flexible bedroom (three single beds or one double and one single), shower room with toilet.
Pool, terraces and garden
The pool (7.5 m x 3.5 m, depth 1.60 m) features a Desjoyaux filtration system and a large deck of around 100 m², secured by a wooden fence.
Parking is available in the shade of the woodland or in front of the terrace. A covered area with benches, a round table and chairs extends the living room outdoors, with sun loungers and armchairs around the pool.
The 2-hectare grounds combine woodland, meadow and walnut grove, a living backdrop through the seasons for days outdoors from morning to evening.

(last week of June to first week of September, Christmas and New Year)
Mid-season: 1,800 € per week
