Weekly rates
Weekly rental only, from Saturday to Saturday. The prices below apply to the entire property, for up to 8 guests.
High season: €2,500 per week
(last week of June to the first week of September, Christmas and New Year)
Mid season: €1,800 per week
(mid-April to mid-October, excluding the high season period)
Low season: €1,200 per week
(mid-October to mid-April, excluding Christmas and New Year)

Final cleaning: €190 (includes full cleaning of the house, bed linen and towels)
Dog: €60 per stay (on request only, well-behaved dogs)
Tourist tax: according to the current local rate per person and per night, payable on site
The house is rented by the week only, from Saturday to Saturday (unless otherwise agreed in advance).
